5.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of any deposit. 5.2 Rescheduling is free if done 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may incur a fee. 5.3 No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

6.1 We warrant our calibration work for 90 days or 5,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of service, provided the vehicle has not been involved in an accident, had windshield replacement, or undergone suspension/steering repairs during that period. 6.2 The warranty covers calibration accuracy only, not underlying vehicle faults.
